Cancellation & Refund Policy
We allow cancellation of orders until the order status is “Processing” and has not been delivered. To cancel your order please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will help you in cancelling the order.
In case of prepaid orders, please allow about 1-2 weeks for refund to be processed.
In case of post-paid or cash on delivery orders, which have been dispatched, the customer can reject the same at the delivery attempt.
Note: Education World reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.
Return & Refund Policy
We also allow customers to return the orders once the order has been partially or fully fulfilled. However, we accept returns only notified within 7 days of delivery. To return your order please write to us at email@example.com, and we will help you in returning the order.
Customers can either send the products by themselves or upon request, we can arrange for their pickup. This will be done only after confirmation with the customer. Customers need to ensure proper packaging of the product before handing over to the delivery partner to ensure there will be no damage during transit. This usually takes up to 7 business days.
Once we receive the returned product at our office/warehouse, it will be checked for damage/usage. Once it passes the check, we will then initiate the refund. the order amount (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order). Please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to be processed.
In case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/credit/debit card or where the payment was made within 1-2 weeks after the product has been received by our office and has been quality checked. This process could take a further 1-2 weeks after the return is picked up.
In case of Post-paid orders or cash on delivery orders customers will be required to provide bank details where they would like to receive the refund.
- We allow part order to be returned or cancelled.
- The returning product should neither be damaged, nor used. If found, the order will not be eligible for return and the same will not be refunded. They must be delivered to us unused, and in the condition they were received or they may not be eligible for refund.
- Discounted items are not eligible for a refund.
- We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
- We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
Although, we do not have any direct replacement option as we assist our customers in purchasing the right product the first time, however, the customer can cancel or return the existing order and place a new one for the same product. We also assist our customers during the replacement and request them to reach out to us on firstname.lastname@example.org for any further clarification.
